Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClientCee platform at app.clientcee.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClientCee is a subscription-based CRM platform for agencies and businesses: lead and client management, projects and tasks, invoicing and payments, events and calendars, HR tools, and related features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity in your workspace.
• Workspace owners control which team members have access and what permissions they hold.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically for the billing cycle you selected until cancelled.
• Seat counts and plan limits apply as described on your plan; changes may take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data of your own contacts (leads, clients, employees) in the platform.

5. Third-party integrations

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar and Meta platforms) connect your accounts with those providers under their own terms. Use of Google services through ClientCee is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or activity, including sending spam through platform email features.
• No attempts to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service.
• No reselling of the Service without a written agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientCee's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your workspace data within a reasonable period.
