Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

ClientCee ("we", "us", "our") provides a multi-tenant customer relationship management (CRM) platform at app.clientcee.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to platform account holders (agencies and their team members) and to the business contact data they manage in the platform.

1. Information we collect

2. Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, ClientCee requests access to: your Google Calendar (to display your events inside ClientCee and to create, update, or delete events you initiate from ClientCee) and your email address (to show which Google account is connected).

  • Calendar data is displayed to you only. Your calendar and events are never shown to other users, other workspaces, or ClientCee staff.
  • We store only the OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) and your connected email address. We do not store copies of your Google Calendar events; they are fetched on demand to render your calendar.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested or as required by law.
  • You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Calendar Settings, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke ClientCee's access from your Google Account permissions.

ClientCee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use information

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), within your own workspace according to the roles and permissions you configure, and where required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; connected Google tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials and tokens, role-based access controls, and workspace isolation between tenants.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
